"EdNet" Association of Educational Institutions in cooperation with AIESEC - International Student Organization conducted a workshop meeting with HEIs' Career Centers, the "EdNet" Association's partners.

Date: September 25^th, 2006.

Goal of the meeting's work:

• Discussion of HEIs' Career Centers' role in collaboration with "EdNet" Association.  
• Presentation of Career Centers' results of development from June till September of 2006.  
• Cooperation with AIESEC , which provides for young people opportunities of personal and professional development, and international work experience:
• Assistance in recruiting talented students for working in projects and abroad trainings.  
• Spreading information inside of HEIs, joint organization of training activities.  
• Institutional support to HEIs.

"Round Table" discussions' results: the plan of cooperated activities was worked out by the end of the meeting. The plan included: joint conduction of "round table" discussions with employers, vacancies' fair "The beginning of summer work-2007", marketing researches, est. HEIs noted the fact that HEI's -Association's partners possess a unique opportunity to meet and discuss plans for future under the Association, according to Memorandum, which was signed up during the "round table" arrangement. Memorandum contains the specified schemes of future actions on creation and developing the HEIs Career Centers. During the meeting, HEIs representatives listened to the plans and achivement presentations by AUCA, BEFA , KSU in the name of Arabaev .  

Bartozk Majevsky - representative of AIESEC in Warsaw University, Poland, was also attending the meeting. He shared with us his experience of working in Polish Career Center .

"Round Table's" participants were 26 representatives from 19 HEIs: Bishkek Academy of Finances and Economics, Kyrgyz State University in the name of Arabaev, Institution of the World Languages, Institution of State language and Culture, Institution of New Informational Technologies, Institution of Teaching and Psychology, Institution of Humanity's Center, Institution of Social Sciences - under the Kyrgyz State University in the name of Arabaev, Kyrgyz State Technical University in the name of Razakov, Bishkek State University of Economics and Enterprise, Kyrgyz State University of  Construction, Transport and Architecture (KSUCTA), Institution of New Informational Technologies under the (KSUCTA), Department of Accounting and Audit under the(KSUCTA),  Kyrgyz - Turkish University "Manas", American University in Central Asia, Institution of Continuous Education under the Kyrgyz State University in the name of Balasagina,  Kyrgyz Russian Slavic University, Bishkek Humanitarian University in the name of Karasaev, Center of Management and Business under the State University in the name of Balasagin, Institution of European Civilizations under the State University in the name of Arabaev.
