«HEIs' Financing and Management» on October 3rd 2006
This problem exceeds the bounds of Bologna
trial. But it has significant meaning for University image. It gives part of
steadiness, independency and appeal for youth. It is impossible to reorganize
educational system without sufficient financing. The crucial problem in
reorganizing project is wage raise for HEIs Faculties, without solving that
problem it is impossible to get rid of corruption.
Besides, because of the corruption, we're not able to get international
avowal of educational quality standards. Wage raise will also let us to keep
talented young people for working in HEIs.

publication and CD recording) till September
28th.
Seminar's
materials will be placed on Phoenix
project's web-site as well (Estonia-Kyrgyzstan-Finland).
