INFORMATION LETTER

Dear Colleagues!

Directory of Almaty's Academy of Economics and Statistics invites you to take part in International scientific Conference: "Economic Knowledge through innovations and education". Conference will be carried out on October 17-18 of 2006 in Almaty city, on Jandosova street #59 on the base of Almaty's Academy of Economics and Statistics.

During the conference, the following problems are planning to be discussed: problems of globalization, ideas and key factors of competitiveness through the prism of innovations and education by the following sections:

1. Urgent problems of Economic development on the present stage in the countries of the former USSR.
2. Models, informational technologies and distant education
3. Financial system of Kazakhstan in the times of  entering the ITO:
4. problems and development perspectives
5. Theory and Practice of using the International Standards of Fiscal Accounting in     Kazakhstan
   Application forms for participation in Conference are accepted till October 5^th of 2006. Application form has to contain information about your scholar and education degree, organization and position hold, travel alternatives, hotel necessity, the date of arrival, name, last name and second name. The form of request supposed to be submitted. Conference materials will be published to the beginning of the conference.

Requirements to Thesis writing.

• The size of submitted text needs to be not more than 2 pages in e file of Wind Word 97 (Timed New Roman, 14, A4)

• Page fields: 2sm. above, 2sm below, 3sm. from the left, 2sm. from the right. Indention 1sm.

• Writing the thesis use the following scheme:
  The title has to be typed by capital letters  above on the first row of the page (in the center), font bold, below from the right side, through 2 intervals - last name and initials of author. Through two more intervals  - the full name of organization, city and country. After indent in 2 intervals  - text.

• The first thesis draft, signed by the author, should be submitted to the organizational committee till the October 5^th of 2006 by e-mail(application form and thesis statement have to be in one file)

• The words "the list of Literature" should be typed by bold row letters in the center, through 1 interval from the end of the main text. The next row is for the listed used sources, it should be done in the following way: number by the order, author (name, last name, second name), source's title, place and the year of publication, number of page (for journal registration).

Organizational fee - 1500 tenge, would be comfortable to place money on account. By placing on account do not forget to make a note: "for the international scientific conference" and put your last name and initials.

Please, provide only edited by necessary requirements materials .

Organizational committee has the right of publication and rejection the thesis works. Writings are not going to be reviewed or to be given back.
