Education Network Association and the Professional Business Development Association of Kyrgyzstan with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and Governmental Committee on Migration and Employment of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted the Second National Job Fair “Specialists of Kyrgyzstan 2008” at the National Library at 9:00 on the 28th of June, 2008. A.M. Ryskulova (the Head of Governmental Committee on Migration and Employment of the Kyrgyz Republic), A.O. Ormonbekova (the Deputy of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic), A.A. Abdykalykov (the Rector of KSUCTA, the Head of Rector Council, the Head of Academic Council of “EdNet” Association) and V.I. Vashentsev (Deputy Head of International Association “Labour Migration”) participated in the 2nd National Job Fair.
 The leading companies that represented the various sectors of economy of Kyrgyzstan and the Career Centers of eight leading universities of Kyrgyzstan ( J. Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University; Bishkek Academy of Finance and Economy; Kyrgyz State Law Academy; Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture; International Academy of Management, Law, Finance and Business; K.I.Skryabin Kyrgyz Agrarian University; Naryn State University and Yssyk-Kul State University) participated in the Fair.
The participants and visitors of Job Fair had the opportunity to get acquainted with the modern business sphere of Kyrgyzstan, employers requirements and inform the potential employers about competitors for a job.

- "Gold CV" auction (data base of the best graduators of Kyrgyzstan universities)
- Conferences on the market development of HR in the Kyrgyz Republic
Educational seminars, such as "Career Planning", "The Strategy of Job Search" and "Effective Tools for Self-Marketing (resume and covering letter)" were organized for the participants and competitors for a job in the framework of the Job Fair
 It was for the first time in the framework of the National Job Fair that the "Gold CV" auction was held. It was conducted for employers with the aim to sell disks with the data base of the best graduators of 2008 from Kyrgyzstan universities on the following specialties: economy, law, technical specialities, humanitarian specialities, and agriculture. More than 700 resumes of the best graduators from all regions of Kyrgyzstan were represented in auction. Business companies showed great interest to that.
Summeruzing the results of the event, more than 2000 people visited the Job Fair, 2500 vacancies were represented for the competitors seeking a job, about 30% of them got advice on the professional orientation or participated in the master-classes.
