K. S. Bakiev, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic introduced the Concept of educational reform in Kyrgyzstan at the national meeting at Government House on June 10, 2009.

The items of the Concept are aimed at reforming of Education. The President noted the basic principles of educational development, formulated the ideology of the system.
